abrar's question:
What touristic objectives are there in Thessaloniki?(give a different answer) .
Not many...Thessaloniki, second largest city of Greece, is more like a comercial center- with shopping boulevards and a bazaar for bargain-hunters. If you insist on visiting something, there is The White Tower, a torturing place for the Greeks at the time they were conquered by Otomans. They dyed it in white to clean the traces of the tornments, but then changed their minds and took the paint off, so they could remember the blood spilt there. It's not a big deal, if you ask me, you can't even go inside it!
